The Camp is located at 712 Massanetta Springs Road, Harrisonburg, VA, 22801, right in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. participants can travel at their own pace, choosing to carpool or go on your own.
Team members should leave the Norfolk area around 11am on Thursday, August 11th. It is about a 3.5 hour drive with no stops. The Team will depart on Sunday the 11th by lunch-time to return to Norfolk.
This trip will be packed with fun recreation and great service projects! We will be on various sites from construction and remodeling projects, to landscaping and gardening. We will assign you to a team that best suits your skill set and abilities. Age appropriate activities and projects are available for all families who attend.
Family mission camp is all about family. We encourage family of all ages to come and be part of the fun! Childcare is available for those 4 and under so parents can participate in service projects. Please email Hunter at hunter@fpcnoroflk.org to reserve your spot.
